Linux images are available on every plan. Windows Server requires at least 2 vCPU. You receive root SSH access on Linux and administrator Remote Desktop access on Windows Server.
Linux images deploy in under 30 seconds. Windows Server deployment takes 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the image size.
Support is available 24/7 through the ticket system. Tickets are handled by infrastructure engineers.
