Arct Cloud has locations in Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, Utah and Tokyo. Available plans vary by location. Check the pricing page and deployment console for current availability.
Every plan includes NVMe storage, DDoS protection, network capacity up to 25 Gbps and a monthly outbound transfer allowance. Daily backups and snapshots are optional add-ons.
Linux images are available on every plan. Windows Server requires at least 2 vCPU. You receive root SSH access on Linux and administrator Remote Desktop access on Windows Server.
Linux images deploy in under 30 seconds. Windows Server deployment takes 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the image size.
Support is available 24/7 through the ticket system. Tickets are handled by infrastructure engineers.
