Unlike resellers who acquire server resources from other hosting companies and then resell them to you, we own and operate our own data centers and server infrastructure. This enables us to offer competitive pricing and ensure top-notch customer support.

Where are your servers located?
All our bare metal servers are hosted in our own data center located in Madison, Wisconsin, United States.

Do you offer VPS or Web Hosting services?
Felware's primary focus is delivering high-end bare metal server infrastructure to our customers. As such, we have made a deliberate decision not to diversify into other types of hosting services, ensuring that our utmost attention and quality are dedicated to our bare metal offerings.

How long does my server take to setup?
All of our default server configurations are instant deploy, meaning your server will become available immediately. Most custom server configurations can be set up within 24-48 hours.

What internet speed and bandwidth can I expect?
We currently provide unlimited 1Gbps bandwidth for all our server offerings.
